Cancellation Policy

Kuoni Travels understands that travel plans may change. Customers may request cancellation of eligible bookings, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the booking and relevant travel service provider.
Customers who wish to cancel a booking should contact Kuoni Travels as soon as possible.
The cancellation request should include the customer’s name, booking reference, registered mobile number, email address, travel dates, and details of the booking.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the booking has been cancelled.
The cancellation will be considered effective only after confirmation from Kuoni Travels or the applicable service provider.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the type of service, airline or hotel policy, tour operator conditions, travel date, time remaining before departure, fare type, promotional conditions, and supplier penalties.
Certain tickets, hotel bookings, activities, travel packages, discounted fares, promotional offers, and special arrangements may be non-refundable or non-cancellable.
If a customer cancels a booking, any applicable refund will be calculated according to the cancellation conditions applicable to that particular booking.
Any cancellation charges imposed by third-party suppliers may be deducted from the refundable amount.
If an airline, hotel, tour operator, transportation provider, activity provider, or another supplier cancels a service, the available alternatives or refund options will depend on the supplier’s policy.
Kuoni Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available alternatives or refund procedures.
If a customer fails to use a booked service without cancelling it within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No-show bookings may be subject to additional charges or may become completely non-refundable.
Customers may request changes to travel dates, accommodation, activities, passenger information, or other booking details instead of cancelling.
Such changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
